Studio Policies

Studio Objectives 

-To learn and develop healthy vocal technique through exercises and various styles of repertoire. 

-To set and achieve goals based on the individual student. 

Expectations 

-Students are expected to come to their lesson ready to learn and have fun! Please bring a pencil, as well as your sheet music and/or music books. 

-Students are expected to practice on their own between lessons. 

Payment Requirements 

-Payment for each month of lessons is due on the first calendar day of the month. If monthly payment is not received by the first lesson of that month, a $10 late fee will be added. 

-Lesson rates are $32 per 30 minute lesson, and $52 per 60 minute lesson. The $52 rate is only applied to individual students who are taking a full hour lesson, and may not be split amongst two students. You may pay by cash, check, or Zelle, which is linked to both my email, as well as my phone number. Checks should be made payable to Nikole James. 

Attendance/Cancellation Policy

-Please arrive to your lesson on time. If you are running late, please notify me via text message. Your lesson will conclude at the end of your reserved time slot, no matter what time you arrive.

-If you need to cancel a lesson, students must provide at least a 24-hour notice in order to receive a make-up lesson. As with other activities, if a student is a no-show or a cancellation is made with less than a 24-hour notice, the lesson will be forfeited and fees will not be refunded.
